DESCRIPTION:The 2022 South Dakota Soil Health School will be hosted Aug. 31-Sept. 2 on the Bruce Carlson and Anthony Bly farms near Garretson\, SD. This event will feature field exercises and classroom instruction led by soil health experts and producers. This is a great opportunity to learn in-depth details about various soil health practices including cover crop selection\, planting\, termination\, and grazing; fertilizer rates\, building organic matter\, increasing water infiltration\, manure application\, performing field tests\, and much\, much more! Evenings include Q&A sessions with experts and producers. Network with other producers and get your soil health questions answered! \nA block of rooms have been reserved at the Quality Inn in Brandon\, SD\, at rate of $98.10 per night for attendees. \nSpace is limited.
