SDSU Extension West River Research Farm Tour

SDSU Extension will host a farm tour on Tuesday, July 11 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. MDT at the West River Research Farm near Sturgis, South Dakota (13370 Alkali Road, Sturgis, SD 57785).
This event provides an opportunity to learn and ask questions about the current research being conducted at the farm. The tour will consist of field presentations on several topics including wheat variety trials, field pea trials, crop/livestock integration, alfalfa intercropping, nitrogen fertility trials, and red sunflower seed weevil research. A complimentary meal will be provided to attendees following the tour.
Attendance is free and no preregistration required.
