SDSU Extension: Pest and Crop Q&A Webinar

Virtual Meeting

Agenda

12:00 p.m. – Anthony Bly, SDSU Extension Soils Field Specialist, will present “Every Acre Counts”. Every Acre Counts program’s goal is to improve the profitability, diversity, and ecosystem benefits of agriculture by using precision technologies to empower producers to help make informed management decisions for every acre of their operations. Expected outcomes include information available to producers that would increase their return on cropping system investments as well as an enhanced land management approach that benefits the sustainability of land, water, and all natural resources.

Dakota Lakes Research Farm Virtual Field Day

Virtual Meeting

South Dakota State University’s Dakota Lakes Research Farm will host their annual field day on June 25 at 3:00 p.m. Due to health concerns surrounding COVID-19, this year’s field day will be held virtually.

Even though we can't be together at the farm, researchers have prepared several short videos highlighting current research projects. Participants will also have an opportunity to see research results and ask questions during a live webinar.

Participants will need internet access to participate. Registration is not required but is encouraged so participants can receive email reminders about the event. Certified crop consultant educational credits (CEU’s) will be available. Visit https://extension.sdstate.edu/event/dakota-lakes-research-farm-virtual-field-day for more information!
