2024 Soil Health Conference Sponsors

2024 Soil Health Conference Sponsorship

Each year the South Dakota Soil Health Coalition hosts a conference to bring regional and international soil health experts to South Dakota, providing agricultural producers, business professionals, agency personnel, students, and all others interested, the opportunity to learn about the importance and functions of our soils. Soil is the foundation of all life and the need to protect this valuable resource and continue to work to increase its health, is only growing!

This two-day conference provides a unique opportunity for your business or organization to interact with participants and to reach them with information about the services you provide and your connection to the soil health movement. Past conferences have drawn approximately 400 attendees, with a larger portion each year identifying themselves as agricultural producers or landowners and a majority of the remainder consisting of conservation professionals and students.

The 2024 Soil Health Conference will be held at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Rapid City, a spacious venue which will allow for a full day and a half of speaker sessions, awards, producer panels, and time to engage with sponsors. Keynote speakers include Jay Fuhrer, lead educator at Menoken Farm near Bismarck; Jerry Hatfield, retired director of the USDA-ARS National Laboratory for Agriculture and the Environment in Ames, Iowa; Glenn Elzinga, grass-fed beef producer and owner of Alderspring Ranch in Idaho; and Zach Smith, an Iowa producer who helped to develop the stock cropping system that combines livestock and row crops. Join us and be a part of our 2024 Soil Health Conference!
